Meet Kayla

Hi, Friends!

I am Kayla, I started doing photography about 8 years ago when I met my husband! Everything I know in the photography world is because of him, and now it's my life and my passion! Though-out the years, I have learned to take photography and make it my medium in art. I love looking at the world though my camera and creating memories with you!

I am a momma of two, plus one fur baby, that we adopted a year ago. My kids, husband and my dog are my life. Everything I do is for them, and to lead with art in my heart. Aside from my family and art, I am a fun loving goof-ball with a bubbly personality! I am a huge movie lover (especially Harry Potter). I absolutely love reading fantasy books, and water color at home. I absolutely love to travel with my family. My goal, is to see the world, and create my own forever memories. I always say “You can always work and make money, but you cant always create memories. So take the trip, make the memories.”

Another huge passion of mine is being able to be huge cheerleader in all women’s lifes, by helping them on their empowerment journey. Life is just to short to not love who you are… there is only one you, so why not love it!

Meet Niko

Hello I am Niko. I was born in Ecuador and moved here when I was 15 years old. (Hints the spanish hello) Before I met my fun loving wife, I knew from my first photography class in high school, that photography was what I was born to do. Ever since I havnt’t put my camera down and now have been doing photography for 10 years.

I am a soccer fanatic, in my free time I love to annoy my wife by watching soccer highlights and pretending to commentate them. I can not eat enough tacos, (la palmita is my all time favorite), I love spending time being a father to my little Rue (axel) and going on unique dates with my wife.

One reason why I love what I do is being able to document love in motion. Couples are my jam. I love helping couples create memories they can share for years to come.

We’re a husband-and-wife team, two artists in love, creating art about love. Together, we’ve built 406 Memories around the belief that your memories are more than a series of moments. They are a feeling, and a story waiting to be told.

Our art is created from connection between you, your partner, family or friends. While one of us captures the an intimate moment, the other catches the movement; one focuses on the heartbeat of a moment, the other on the energy surrounding it. Together, those perspectives become something complete. Art, photography, or music that feels alive.

Photography and music are the ways WE express love. Ours and yours. Whether through a timeless image or a song that keeps the night alive, our goal is to make your memories feel as real years from now as they do the moment they happened. We don’t believe in just documenting your story; we believe in creating something that moves you.
